No kidding! Could you imagine how fast that thing would spin at 5mph? I'm sure a short ride would yield a nice head full of scrambled brains. Scary stuff....

That's the crappiest amusement park ever! I grew up sorta near there, it's all rickety wooden roller coasters from the early 20th century and walk thru attractions like "Noah's Ark".
